TUESDAY, DECEMBER 1
Junior & Intermediate Choruses - shirts will be distributed.
If you have not yet paid the $18, please bring in payment.
Advanced Chorus - Pearl strands will be distributed.
If you have not yet paid the fee for the dress, the amount due is $60.
Those whose dresses were sent out to be hemmed
will received their dresses at this rehearsal.
Tuition payment: Final tuition payment is due at this time.
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 8
ALL CHORUSES
ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR THEIR
CONCERT ATTIRE TO THIS REHEARSAL.
Junior & Intermediate:
Chorus shirts, your own long black pants, black socks and black shoes.
NO SHINY BELTS OR BUCKLES!
Advanced Chorus:
Concert dress, pearls, black hose and black 1" or 2" pumps.
Gifts:
There will be a "Donation Basket" at my table
if you would like to contribute to the accompanists' and directors' gifts
which will be given to them at the concert. Suggested donation: $2 - $5, cash.
Ticket orders and Ad/Booster forms due at this time.
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15 No rehearsals this day.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18
ALL CHORUSES ARRIVE AT 6 PM for dress rehearsal and choral exchange in church.
Concert is at 7:30 and will last approximately one hour.
All choristers will be dismissed to their parents in the audience
after their chorus has performed..
Out of courtesy to the performers and audience as well,
please remain seated until the end of the concert.
REHEARSALS RESUME ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 12.
If you or your child know of anyone who would like to sing with our youth choruses,
please have them call me to set up an audition. 973-402-2004.
